Gregg began his journey into the entrepreneurial world shortly after graduating from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a 4.0 grade point average and a degree in Business Management in 2002. His passion for real estate and finance directed him to the mortgage industry, joining First Hallmark Mortgage Company in Manalapan, NJ as a loan officer. He later joined Mortgage Loan Solutions, as a Senior Loan Officer.
In January 2004, having experienced success with his initial real estate investing, he relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida to pursue his knowledge and passion for real estate investing. He quickly gained his real estate license and sold a home.
He has had a very successful career in real estate with representing clients in their needs and in his personal real estate projects. It is because of his personal dedication to each and every one of his clients that he has been able to achieve success in such a short amount the time. His most recent investment has taken him to a place he might have never come across. In April, 2006, he visited Costa Rica for the first time. It was love at first sight. He was meeting with an associate who was developing a beautiful tract on a mountainside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. After visiting the property and giving the project a thorough analysis, he became a partner in the project.
